DTF printing (Direct to Film) offers a versatile and high-quality solution for vibrant, detailed designs on various fabrics. Perfect for custom apparel, our process ensures durability and a soft feel.
Puff printing adds a unique, three- dimensional effect to your designs, creating a textured look that stands out. Ideal for adding depth to apparel, this technique brings your graphics to life with style!
Innovating for excellence, our R&D team employs advanced technology to develop customized processing finishes that elevate product quality and match customer specifications.
Our fabric selection is diverse, incorporating 11 production lines and modern machinery from top brands, ensuring every textile meets our high-quality standards.
Assuring perfection and maximum efficiency during the process of pattern making. Making sure that finished garment and based 100% on size chart it is adhered to.
We have in house team of experienced designers. Which are responsible for designing tech files. We are equipped with state of the art. Four Mimaki and Two Roland Sublimation machines which helps our continuous sublimation printing.
Each sublimation print is later on transferred on which fabric with the heat of over240 degrees to ensure that a print is properly sticked and transferred on fabric which is later on gets cut using laser cutting.
Our heat transfer process for stickers is precise, ensuring high-quality, durable applications on a variety of fabrics.
Comprehensive quality control measures are in place to ensure that every product meets our rigorous standards for excellence.
Our steam press process uses modern equipment to ensure a crisp, clean finish on all our garments.
The finished garments are inspected by highly skilled and professional checkers and finally sorted on the basis of design, size and packed to dispatch.
We have invested in cutting edge technology to provide us with a range of wet processing finishes that can be tailored according to our customers needs and specifications.
Our sewing facility consists of 11 stitching lines equipped with modern machinery from brands such as Singer, Juki and Mitsubishi.
